About Me
I recently completed my M.Stat from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata,
where I also earned my Bachelor of Statistics (B.Stat) degree in 2023.
During the summer of 2024, I was a Visiting Research Scholar in the Department of Statistics
and Data Science at Carnegie Mellon University, where I was mentored by
Aaditya Ramdas.
Earlier, in summer 2023, I was part of the the Machine Learning cohort at the Big Data Summer Institute,
School of Public Health, University of Michigan.
In summer 2022, I worked as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, where I was mentored by Manjunath Krishnapur.
Over the course of my undergraduate and master’s studies, I also had worked with Professors Subhajit Dutta and Nikhil R. Pal.
My research interests span a broad spectrum within statistics and machine learning. I am passionate about working on algorithms, theory, and applications in these fields that address practical challenges.
